This superb 3 storey house which is ideal for families with teenagers or grand parents, is split into two self contained areas each with a well equipped kitchen, lounge room, full bathroom with bath and shower, laundry with washer and dryer.

The upper area is on the second and third level - There are 4 bedrooms (one queen size and 3 singles) each with their own washbasin. The first level area has 1 bedroom (double bed) and a kitchen. The interior finish of the house is made out of pine and it is decorated with taste and attention to detail.

HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET is included.
There are 2 balconies and a lovely and private yard to enjoy a BBQ.

$300 refundable security deposit for breakage or excessive cleaning.
