•The property is gently sloped with 2 large docks for parking boats.
•The water is 7 feet deep at the end of the dock, so it is perfect
for swimming.
•All linens and towels are included as well as a cleaning service both before arrival and at departure.
•Five of the bedrooms have queen size beds. The two secondary bedrooms in the main cottage have both a single and double bed in each.
•There are two full bathrooms in the main cottage and one full
bathroom in the boathouse.
•The cottage and surrounding area are high speed wireless.
•The tap water is triple filtered and is potable.
•There is a home theatre system including 55 inch LED flat screen and HD satellite T.V.

Fridge stocking and private chef are available.

Perfect for swimming with gently sloped entry points and deep water. We are in a small and private bay which means that wind and boat traffic are at a minimum.

We are half way between Bala and Port Carling for shopping and site seeing. We are on Acton Island, which has full road access.
