Upstairs is the large master bedroom with a queen bed plus a sofa bed, so 4 people can sleep in the master bedroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed (2 persons) and a bathroom. So it can sleep 6 people very comfortably on the floor. If needed, in the lounge there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people. Therefore 8 people can sleep very comfortably in the chalet in both the winter and summer. Note that the field is an area of ​​2 acres so there is room for guests outside for those wishing to sleep under the stars! There is private access to the lake with dock and terrace at all times within 5 minutes from the chalet (private property). Ideal for a picnic by the water. The chalet offers many amenities including a central vacuum, dishwasher, satellite television with movie network, a DVD player and sound system. Outside: a 6 seater hot tub is open year round to relax and appreciate nature. There is a covered balcony, BBQ and outdoor fireplace. The summer grounds maintenance and snow removal in winter are included as well as wood for the indoor and outdoor fireplaces.
