Lakeview Cottages is a small, intimate family resort nestled on the shore of beautiful Otter Lake, which is located just a few minutes south of Parry Sound in the heart of Rainbow Country in Ontario, Canada.

Our waterfront resort has three cottages that share a private beach, and is ideal for large family gatherings, friend get-togethers or individual family vacations.

Many of our cottagers have been vacationing with us for over 20 years. We strive to provide a unique, friendly experience for every one of our vacationers. Every year we have had something new to offer.

Rental Policies and Conditions
All cottage reservations require a $400.00 deposit per week, per cottage rental. This deposit must be recieved by us no later than 10 days after your reservation has been made.

All rates are based on one family or a four person occupancy. A minimum of 3 nights of stay during peak season. An additional fee of $20.00 per day, or $120.00 per week is applied for additional person (beyond 4 persons) to stay (maximums apply).

All cottage rentals and subsequent services are subject to 13% sales tax (HST) .

Important Rules
■All visitors must check in at the Office, no exceptions. We strive for the safety of all of our cottagers
■There is NO Lifeguard on duty at the beach
■Parents and/or legal guardians are responsible for children's safety at all times
■Loud parties, profane language, or behaviour that interferes with the pleasure of others will not be tolerated
■Quiet time is designated between the hours of 11:00pm and 8:00am
■No pets are allowed without permission. A pet charge of $20.00 per week may apply, and your pet must be on leash at all times
■Cutting and/or defacing trees or any property is strictly forbidden.

Your Arrival at the Cottage
When you arrive at the resort, please check in at the Office or Main Residence before making your way to the cottage site that you have selected.

Official Check-In time is 3:00pm, however, we want to make sure that you have everything you need for your stay. We can offer linens, firewood, and other supplies so be sure to request anything that you may have forgotten when you check in.

Departure Information
On the day you are scheduled to depart from the resort, please have all of your belongings packed and garbage disposed of prior to Check-Out.

The Check-Out time is by 10:00am.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
When you reserve your cottage with us, we ask that you provide us with a $400.00 deposit per week for the duration of your stay.

If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday with us, we ask that you provide us with no less than 60 days notice, and we will provide you with 70% of your deposit as a refund. If you cancel less than 60 days notice, we cannot provide you with a return on your deposit, as this time may have been requested by other cottagers and we will not have sufficient notice to re-assign the cottage for the use of others.

Before you cancel your holiday with us, please contact us and we will try to make every effort possible to accommodate you.
