The Big House: On the upper level (1200 square-feet) a spacious living room with spectacular views leads out to a large deck. There are also a dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and two large bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other with queen. The lower level, also 1200 square-feet, has a glassed in sun porch with a double bed, a single bedded bedroom (both with ocean views); a laundry room, bathroom and a large recreation area with pool table, fireplace and a queen bed in a large alcove.

The Suite: Next to the big house, also on the waterfront (left side of 2-building picture, middle unit), is an 800 square-foot brand-new suite which sleeps five or 6 two bedrooms (one queen, the other double), bathroom, kitchen, living room and deck. Single bed and a big couch.

The big house has a wheelchair ramp. The sidewalk to stores, restaurants and Molly's Reach is smooth and level. Can go to end of village and go down wide path in Winegarten Park to waterfront walkway which is in front of our place.

Things to do: Our beach offers bathing from our swim float, boating and kayaking from our launching ramp, or just beachcombing and enjoying the maritime activity.
