Balm Beach Cottage Rental is a Private Waterfront Cottage. It is located in the Private Beach Area that is just north of Public Balm Beach. The Public Beach is located at the 10th Concession Road in Tiny Township and this property is between the 10th and the 11th Concession. The beach in front of the property is private access only and is a mix of white sand and Georgian Bay Rock. The view across the water is of beautiful Blue Mountain.

There are three bedrooms inside the cottage. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads out onto the deck and outdoor hot tub with a view of Georgian Bay. The second and third bedrooms have one double bed with a twin bunk above. There is a gas fireplace, air conditioning, DVD player, indoor stereo and portable stereo for the beach, satellite television and a high speed internet connection. The cottage utilizes "green energy" as it is powered by a wind turbine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances including a dishwasher. There is a four piece bathroom.

This is the perfect cottage for any season of the year. There is an outside carport to protect your automobile from sun or weather. You can have a bonfire in the outside fireplace (weather permitting). Swimming is great in the summer and there are many activities and events to enjoy throughout the year. The creek that runs outside on the property has small fish and frogs. Just some of the area attractions nearby include: Shopping Areas, Cinemas, Drive-In Movies, Penetanguishene Cruises, Backwater Fishing Charters, Wye Marsh, Martyrs' Shrine, Sainte Marie Among the Huron, Discovery Harbour, Castle Village, Wasaga Waterworld, Wasaga Paintball, Balm Beach Go Carts and Arcade and many shops and restaurants within 10 or 15 minutes driving time.
