Come and stay at this charming, private, four-season, one-and-a-half storey cottage on Lac Heney. Multi-level docks & great swimming. Just 10 minutes to Mont Ste-Marie Ski & Golf. Very private with one cottage next door. Excellent swimming with a large dock (child friendly). Great fishing & water sports. There is a fire pit for evening campfires (please make sure fire is put out). An aluminum boat with 15-hp motor is available for an extra charge. A canoe with lifejackets & paddles is available. There is a boat launch nearby if you bring a boat. Fantastic views of the lake, 8 miles long. Cross country skiing, snowshoeing skating are nearby in winter.

Lac Heney

Lac Heney is one of the largest and most prestigious lakes in the Gatineau, province of Quebec.The lake is over 1 mile wide and 7 miles long. Surrounded by the Gatineau Hills, properties are generally priced from $175k to over $1 million. There is an active cottagers association, and most of the residents are seasonal cottagers.

Aside from its tranquility, the proximity of Lac Heney, Quebec is excellent. It is 1 hour 20 min from Ottawa, 20 minutes to shopping in Gracefield, Quebec or 20 minutes to ski & golf at Mont Ste Marie. Lac Heney is located just north of Lac Ste Marie, Quebec.
