Our villa is located in the subdivision of Westbury in Davenport. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, fully air-conditioned property equipped with everything you need for a perfect Florida holiday.

It is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the main gates of Disney and close to shops, restaurants and other amenities.

For golf enthusiasts there are a number of courses nearby including Southern Dunes and Champions Gate, a 36 hole golf course designed by Greg Norman.

The villa has two master suites with king and queen size beds and en-suite bathroom facilities. Two other bedrooms each have twin beds, making the villa ideal for two families. The south-westerly facing pool and deck area are perfect for relaxing in the sun or just watching a Floridian sunset after a hectic day at the theme parks.

Whether you choose to relax by the pool, take in some golf or visit the many different attractions, this villa is perfectly situated for it all.

Our aim is to provide you with all the amenities you could possibly want to make your Holiday by Disney one to remember. Without doubt the most famous attraction in the Orlando area is Walt Disney World. With its wide selection of theme parks you are sure to find something to suit guests of all ages.

Universal Orlando has a choice of two parks. Universal Studios is the place to visit for movie rides and a real working studio. Thrill seekers will no doubt enjoy Islands of Adventure with its many roller coasters and thrill rides.

This villa is located approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 60 minutes to Tampa International Airport or 90 minutes from Sanford Airport. The Villa is located in Westbury. A small development which has a mixture of rental and privately owned homes and is located just off Hwy 27, half a mile south of the I4 intersection.

Despite being only a short drive from the Disney theme parks and other attractions, it is set amongst the tranquil surroundings of some of Florida's famous orange groves. A perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
