The living room has a large sectional sofa with a few additional chairs and a propane stove to take
the chill off on those early spring and fall mornings. This room features ceiling to floor windows
with a breathtaking unobstructed view of Brady Lake, special indeed. The compact but well equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is even a washer / dryer for all your laundry needs elsewhere in the cottage. The dining area is just off the kitchen and can seat four or twelve depending on your guest count and how many leaves you add to the table. The master bedroom with a queen size bed is an outstanding room as is the second bedroom with a double bed. The third bedroom is compact but more than comfortable with a set of built in single bunks.
There is a den which could become a 4th bedroom with a queen size sofa bed, desk and library. Just off the den there is a dandy screened in sun room for your lounging pleasure. Visitors to this cottage will really appreciate this sunroom especially in early spring and summer when the little critters are on the wing. And what cottage can be complete without a bunkie to accommodate the family uncle who always finds out where you are spending your vacation.

Needless to say, you can now see that this cottage is indeed special from front to back, side to side and property boundary to property boundary. The flat property makes it ideal for young and old and the same holds true for the beach and child safe gradual entry that extends the full width of the property. The dock awaits with your canoe, row boat and paddleboat. Out front there is a dandy fire pit for those popular evening marshmallow roasts and when the competitive juices kick in, there is a badminton area for your enjoyment. If you are in need of supplies, the town of Minden and the village of Haliburton are an easy half hour drive where there are quaint little shops, large food stores, service stations, pharmacies, beer stores, LCBO, banking and health care if needed at local hospitals in both towns.
