Pulix Supermarket, stores, restaurants, take-outs and banks are just a 3 minutes drive south, and a Super Walmart, Starbucks, pharmacies and a great selection of other stores are 2 minutes north of Esprit. Disney is 10 minutes away, SeaWorld 20 minutes and Universal 25 minutes.

The beaches on the East and West Coast, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center are all within 60 minutes of this great home. As for the price - well that is just the icing on the cake!

Please note that we are able to get attractive discounts on tickets for the following attractions and shows and sometimes these are well below the prices you can obtain on the gates and with no queues to join in the Florida sunshine. Just pick the places you want to go, and email us for prices. Your tickets can be waiting for you on your arrival at your villa.

Esprit really is the perfect place to stay. The homes are spacious with private pools and are intertwined with the 9 hole Polo Park Golf Course.

The community pool, tennis and basketball courts are for the use of the residents and vacationers on Esprit and behind this complex you have the jetty on Lake Davenport which stretches out before you allowing you to glimpse the wildlife that shares this lovely area with us.

It is not uncommon to see rabbits scurrying on the roads before you, or sandhill cranes wandering the quiet roads or the golf course going about their business. We have hawks, white egrets, bald eagles, squirrels and a host of other animals to delight you.
