The chalet is fully furnished with high efficiency propane furnace, air exchanger, Artesian Well, Septic System with Echoflow filtration system, and contains 5 appliances, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, satellite TV, 3 flat high definition TVs, DVD and CD players, telephone, bedding, kitchenware and utensils.

Outdoor amenities include a large play structure, garden furniture, lounge chairs, integrated 2 swing benches, propane barbecue, floating dock with ladder, picnic tables, 4 person paddle boat, and a kayak, water beds and life jackets.
