Old World Charm!

While many of us look to the south to find beautiful beaches with dunes, warm waters and clean, beautiful water over 400, 000 people per year visit Shediac and it’s surrounding area to visit Atlantic Canada’s own piece of paradise.

The bay itself is a centre of activity during the warmer months as you see dozens of boats of all shapes and sizes cruising the blue waters. The Shediac Marina offers sailing programs to people of all ages and abilities throughout the sailing season. Many boaters take the opportunity to visit Skull Island and Shediac Island to explore, walk the trails and experience the history of some of the regions earliest settlers.

There are also plenty of land based activities nearby. There are miles of well maintained trails as the N.B. Trail passes through the community. There are also beautiful parks to sit down, have a picnic and enjoy themselves. For golf fans, there are several golf courses within 30 minutes drive of Shediac each providing their own challenge and scenery.

10 minutes to Parlee Beach and minutes away from all the private beaches in the Grande Digue area. 10 minutes away from the Bouchtouche Dune; 3 hrs from the Acadian Village. 1 hr from the Bay of Fundy; 40 minutes from PEI. Can get to Halifax in about 3 hrs. Perfect place to start out any day trip from!

Rental fee for May and June is $1500 per week.

Règlement de la maison

Contract agreement to be completed before any deposit can be taken.
We require a 25% deposit if it is before the new year. If it is after the new year it is a 50% deposit. Rest of payment is due 10 days before the rental at which point the code for the door and the directions to the cottage will be released.
Payments are to be made by Visa or Mastercard and receipts will be issued electronically. No cheques. E-mail transfers are a viable option too.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at the last minute the deposit is forfeited. if you cancel and we find another renter for your spot then we reimburse your deposit.
