Stairs also lead down to the lower floor, which features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite to the master bedroom. There is also a full laundry on this floor.

Parking in the private garage is available for one car, while additional parking is possible for another car in front of the garage door or in the limited spaces available for visitor parking.

Whistler has been the number 1 rated ski resort in North America for many years. Two mountains, Whistler and Blackcomb, rise up a mile out of the valley to 1,609 metres or 5,280 vertical feet and access over 7,000+ acres of prime mountain terrain - including 12 alpine bowls, three glaciers and more than 200 marked trails which are serviced by 33 passenger lifts. The lifts have a capacity of nearly 60,000 skiers per hour. If you want a rest from the skiing there are 18 different restaurants on the mountain. Average snowfall is over 30 feet or 9 metres per year, and the season lasts all the way from November through to August. There is something in Whistler Blackcomb resort for everyone.
