This 4bdrm 'Premier' home is located in the Greywolf Drive subdivision and is under a one minute drive from the award-winning Greywolf Golf Course and Sunbird Chair Lift. The main level features an amazing open concept kitchen complete with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a living area with large rock gas fireplace on the main floor. The lower walkout level has living area complete with 60" TV, DVD, X-Box, pool table, full bathroom, and gear drying rack. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are also on the lower level. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedroom 4 has two single bunk beds. The back deck,off of the kitchen, features a private hot tub, patio furniture and BBQ. The front deck offers beautiful views of Greywolf Golf Course and the Sun Bowl ski trails. We supply fresh linens, towels, dishcloths, soaps, and paper products.
