Nestled within the beautiful Grey Highlands you'll find The Guest House at Eugenia Falls. The grounds sit atop the Niagara Escarpment at one of the highest points in Ontario - 1,400 ft. above sea level - and are bordered by the Conservation Area forest, Beaver Valley Road and historic Pellisier Street - segue to the trail and falls. Our distinctive country home is situated at Bruce Trail km 55.6 where the Beaver River approaches the cliff edge and plunges 90 ft. into Cuckoo Valley and the lower Beaver Valley. The views from the top are breathtakingly spectacular! Take your morning coffee with you on your walk down to the falls. Hike the Bruce Trail, walk woodland pathways, cycle scenic backroads, picnic and golf. Lake Eugenia and the Beaver River are close by for fishing, canoeing, kayaking and swimming. Our famous snowfalls bring skiers, snowboarders, snowshoers and snowmobilers to stay at our retreat with its cozy living area, wood burning stove and spacious bedrooms.. Because we can offer an all season base for theatre, art, music, dance, shopping and sightseeing, we are an ideal choice for active families and the perfect country getaway for those in favour of romance and relaxing afternoons with a favourite read and brew.

Directions

• Take Hurontario/Hwy 410/Hwy 10 north to Hwy 89. Turn left.
• Continue west on Hwy 89 toward downtown Shelburne where you'll pick up Hwy 10 again. Turn right.
• Continue north on Hwy 10 to Flesherton's Grey Road 4. Turn right.
• Continue east on Grey Road 4 to Grey Road 13/ Beaver Valley Road. Turn left.
• Continue north on Beaver Valley Road until your reach Eugenia's Pellisier Street. Turn left.
• We are on the left hand side. Once you enter the property, park facing the west side of the house.

Spring, Summer and Fall you can hike the Bruce Trail, enjoy a walk on woodland pathways, cycle scenic backroads, golf at Talisman, climb Old Baldy and swim, canoe, kayak and fish on beautiful Lake Eugenia and the Beaver River - both just minutes away from our Guest House. Our famous winter snowfalls attract downhill skiers, snowboarders, snowshoers, cross-country skiers, dogsledders, snowmobilers and practically everyone who loves making angels in the snow!!

The Guest House at Eugenia Falls offers an all season base for local and regional theatre, art, music, dance, shopping, sightseeing, birding, daytripping and outdoor recreation. Beaver Valley Ski Club is just a 15 minute drive into the valley, The Village at Blue Mountain just 45 minutes to the northeast. Scenic drives and day trips to the historic village of Kimberley with exciting views from Old Baldy, Georgian Bay's Wasaga Beach, Collingwood with its Scenic Caves, Craigleith, Thornbury, Meaford, Georgian Highlands, Owen Sound and on up to the fabulous waters of Tobermory are regular highlights for both residents and visitors to Eugenia.

Grey County, with its seven spectacular waterfalls and glorious landscapes, is known for its natural beauty and offers year-round retreat, enjoyment and recreation for "kids of all ages". Our little hamlet of Eugenia, the centrepiece of the County, is just 90 minutes from the GTA making The Guest House at Eugenia Falls your perfect destination and all-season getaway.

Our B&B suite is multi-functional...Each bedroom may be rented separately and share the Common Area and Bath.
OR
The suite may be rented as a whole accommodating a group of 4 - 8 people.

North Bedroom
Sleeps 2 with one king size bed.
Private entrance and walk out to patio.
Breakfast can be served privately in the bedroom or in the Common Area.

South Bedroom
Sleeps 4 with one queen bed and one double bed.
Private entrance and walk out to patio.
Breakfast can be served privately in the bedroom or in the Common Area.

Common Area
Sofa, coffee/games table, wood burning stove, wood, TV/DVD, games, small library.
Spacious dining area with table & chairs to accommodate 6 comfortably and up to 10 for non-meal related activities.

Kitchenette equipped with coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, slow cooker, hotplate and cupboards stocked with dishes, cutlery, napkins, utensils, coffee (regular & decaf), teas and accompanying milks, creams and cane sugar.
Refrigerator stocked with ice and bottled water.

Wireless interconnect connection (WIFI) and cellular phone transmission is available throughout the suite. Upon special request, a cordless land line telephone with free long distance throughout Canada and U.S. can be provided in the suite.

ARRIVAL - between 2 pm and 6 pm. Please advise in advance if you expect to arrive after 6 pm.
DEPARTURE - 11 am. A later departure time may be arranged providing the suite is not reserved.
If an extended stay is available, there may be an additional charge of $50.00 depending on the length of the extension.

We are a smoke-free facility. Pets are normally not allowed but please discuss further at time of reservation.

Children under 6 are free 6-12 are half price 13 and up are at full rate.

Romantic Getaway for Two - Three days / three nights - $299
Enjoy the intimacy of the North Bedroom with its private entrance and walk out to covered patio.
Room is equipped with bar fridge, TV/DVD, robes & slippers, Shared bathroom.
INCLUDES: Continental breakfasts in your room.
Romance Basket - Wine, bread, cheese, fruit, chocolate.
