We are located on the Green River across from Little Falls. The sound of "Little Falls" will captivate and re-energize you. Relax and enjoy the amenities this location offers all four seasons.

The water here is clear and deep; beautiful for swimming. There is a small beach area as well for little tykes. Little Falls dam, across from our main dock, provides the current for an hour long "lazy river ride".

Available watercrafts include an aluminum boat with an electric motor, paddle boat, canoe and kayak. You can fish from our dock or beside the waterfalls; pike or bass are the usual catch.

For those who wish to bring their own boats, you can put in at the public boat launch. There is also a free boat launch in Washago Centennial Park, which puts you into Lake Couchiching (Lake Simcoe). There you can fish; navigate the Trent-Severn Locks, or go to Port Orillia. Washago and Orillia have beautiful parks, a beach, bike and walking trails and children's playground areas.

A ten minute walk into Washago offers two variety stores, restaurant, LCBO/Beer Store, Home Hardware, ladies clothing, gift stores and ice cream cones.

Cottages Include: Full kitchens with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee make, toaster, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We provide dish clothes, tea towels, dish soap, bathroom hand towel, hand soap, coffee filters, sugar, salt & pepper, paper towels and toilet paper. Drinking water, cable TV, VCR/DVD players and wireless internet are provided.

Each cottage has BBQ and lawn chairs. The main dock, across from Little Falls, is an area to socialize with other cottage guests.

The games cottage has a small pool table, air hockey, or ping-pong. Books, games, movies and puzzles are there for a rainy day. Texas horseshoes and ball toss are favourites. The hammock, across from the waterfalls, is a place you will want to spend some time "chill-axing". There are two campfire pits with wood available.
