Mountain Walk can accommodate a larger family/group or can be very comfortable for two families wishing to enjoy time together and share the cost.Just walk home to either place after drinks and dinner! Both have convenient access to the ski slopes in the winter and are just steps to Monterra golf, gondola, hiking and biking trails in the spring, summer and fall. For swimming, you can also enjoy the nearby beautiful public beaches or the Plunge pool in the Village.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, TV/cable /DVD and ensuite complete with a whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom is outfitted with queen bed, TV /DVD, third bedroom features twin beds, TV / DVD and adjacent washroom with shower. For added convenience there is a small fourth bedroom on the main floor outfitted with bunk beds. The four bedroom unit is located directly across from Blue Mountain Village and is steps from shopping, entertainment and dining.

•2nd bedroom: Upper level – Queen bed/ TV/ DVD
•3nd bedroom: Upper level - 2 twin beds/ TV/ DVD

•Linens (1 set per bed) and bath towel sets (1 set per person to a maximum of 8) are supplied. All beds will be made with the exception of the bunk beds (Linens will be provided). There is no laundry or maid service. Washer & dryer are provided.

Due to the numerous requests, reservations are confirmed when a deposit has been received. Therefore, if there are several requests for the same dates, the condo is reserved for the first person to make a deposit. A rental agreement does not guarantee your reservation. Only a deposit guarantees your reservation.Security Deposit - we do require a fully refundable security deposit, which would be returned after inspection of the premises and when the key cards and parking pass have been returned.We require 50% of the rental fee to confirm your reservation.Full payment plus security deposit required within 30 days of rental.Short Term Rental Agreement is required.Last Minute Rentals - Payment deposit must be made at least one week prior to reservation date. No pets/smoking! 2 Night minimum stay, Prices based on a 2 night stay.Discount is applied to stays 3 nights or longer.Taxes included in the price.

Ski Vacation
Hi Lisanne, We had a WONDERFUL time at your condo and at Blue and the Village. I compliment you on the organization of your website, the condo, checkin/out procedures etc. It is obvious you are thinking of your guests by providing all the conveniences of home. We loved the gas fireplace, comfy beds, sofas and chairs. The colours and decorative touches made it feel so relaxing and warm. I loved all the hooks for hanging up the ski clothing - no excuse for leaving stuff on the floor. The ski locker in the hall was so convenient. The entry hall in the condo was well set up with the bench, mirror and gridwork mat so you didn't track in dirt or water to the living area. Very practical! Thanks again for providing the accommodation as promised. It looked even better than on the website - the views at night with the hill lit up were so pretty and we loved walking around the village and enjoyed skating on the Mill Pond. Ski Getaway
Thanks Lisanne and Paul, for the mini ski holiday we spent at your Mountain Walk condo. The condo was exactly as represented: clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, (plenty of room for two families) and an easy walk to the lifts and village. It had everything we needed and the rental process was painless. We are looking forward to spending time at the condo again next ski season.

When trying to find a vacation spot you often wonder if: the pictures are "too good to be true", the owners whom you are renting from will make your time there smooth and enjoyable, there will be some hidden issues that may spoil your experience. Well, rest assured that all of our expectations were met and exceeded by both the condo itself and its owners. They were very professional and courteous throughout our dealings. We felt at all times like our enjoyment while at Mountain Walk was as important to them as it was to us. The condo was spotless and very well appointed.
