Quiet, deluxe lakeside cottages on the shores of crystal clear Kakagi Lake. Access to Lake of the Woods only minutes away as well. Fully modern, year round cottages, sleeping 2 to 8 persons per cottage. For the person looking to really escape, we also offer three different exclusive fly-in outpost cottages where you are the only cottage on the lake with fully modern facilities. Boats and motors, canoes, kayaks all available. Pristine sand beaches amongst the world's best fishing waters await you. Wildlife viewing, hiking & biking, as well as all the winter sports. Cottages available by the day, week or month. Prices starting at $56.00 per night. We can customize a package to your requirements.

What Else Can You Do?

Our swimming beaches offer great family fun from June on... and YES it's warm enough to swim, waterski, tube and snorkel.

Canoes and Kayaks are provided for our guests' use at no extra charge. The quiet bays offer great opportunities to experience wildlife and nature at it's best!

Hiking trails, portage trails and natural game trails offer great options for hiking and also the chance to find shed antlers from both deer and moose.

Located on a private, horseshoe shaped bay on crystal clear Kakagi Lake, your cottage overlooks the water with private sand beach on site. Kakagi Lake has been compared to Lake Louise for it's water quality and pristine shorelines.

The small beach area is safe for swimming in the beautiful waters of Crow Lake. Canoe and kayaks are available free of charge on a first come, first served basis. Modern fishing boats and motors are also available for rent on a daily or weekly basis, or feel free to bring your own. For those wishing to hire a guide, our experienced staff are available with advance notification on a daily or weekly basis as well.

Hideaway Lodge is a drive-in destination with seven fully equipped modern housekeeping cabins. They range in size from two bedroom (sleeping 4-6) to larger three bedroom (sleeping up to 8). Kitchens are fully stocked for light housekeeping, with full sized propane range and electric refrigerator,all pots, pans, utensils, coffee makers, toasters and outdoor BBQ.

Bathrooms are three piece with shower or tub/shower units. All linens, towels, blankets and pillows are included, and each cabin has its own colour TV with multiple channel satellite hook-up for your enjoyment. If you visit us in the winter months, you will stay nice and warm as all the cabins have thermostatically controlled furnace systems. No need to stoke the wood fire all night.
